This Tuesday evening, our President-Founder Tony Parker organized a unique competition on the F1 2019 circuits, with some of our Academicians.

Many athletes responded to the call from Tony Parker to compete in the “Grand Prix of the United States” during an esports race, among them: Charles Leclerc (racing driver entered in Formula 1 with Scuderia Ferrari), Rudy Gobert (Utah Jazz and National French team player), Fabien Causeur (basketball player, Real Madrid), Antoine Griezmann (French international footballer, FC Barcelona player), TJ Parker (assistant coach LDLC ASVEL), Matthew Strazel (basketball player, LDLC ASVEL), Gaël Monfils (professional tennis player for 15 years), Thibaut Courtois (Belgian international footballer, Real Madrid), Elie Okobo (Phoenix Sun and National French team player), Gotaga (currently member of the Vitality team, the most successful French player on games consoles), Lohan “Nexl” (LDLC OL player, double world champion in eSports WRC).

Two of our Academicians have also joined the group, Louis et Solen, to take part in this unique F1 race!

Charles Leclerc was as comfortable behind his screen as on a traditional circuit and won the race! The podium was completed by Lohan “Nexl” (2nd) and Thibaut Courtois (3rd), followed by our Academician Louis “NoTiixX”. Tony Parker finished 6th in this race and Solen at the 8th place.
