Birth of theAcademy concept
Tony Parker and his childhood friend Gaëtan Muller had the idea to create an Academy that will help athletes to build themselves a solid professional life. Nicolas Batum, convinced by this project and appreciating the axis between sport and employment, quickly joined the adventure.Conscious of the complexity of getting a job, for a professional transition or getting a first experience as a graduate, the Tony Parker Adéquat Academy became an obvious solution: welcome young people, allow them to live their sporting experience and guarantee them getting a job!
The Group Adéquat, major player in employment, and already close to Tony Parker came on board immediately and became a central pillar in the building of the Academy. Through its historic brand, the Group engaged itself, with its dynamic network of local employment agencies. To respond to the commitment “Come to our Academy and Get a job”, an Adéquat Agency is integrated within the Academy with experts’ recruiters, present at the side of the students.
